Àger Valley

The Vall d'Àger Archeology site was created in 2022 with the signing of an agreement between the UAB and the Àger City Council, which allows field teaching for degrees, masters and doctorates taught by the UAB from the field of archeology to the facilities of the Àger City Council, as well as to facilitate research activities and scientific development in the field of archeology and heritage.

Specifically, the collaboration consists in carrying out the field practices of the Archeology degree and archaeological work, especially at the archaeological site of Santa Coloma, although, due to the great archaeological wealth of the Vall d' Áger, it is not ruled out that there are other archaeological sites that could arouse interest.
