General Regulation on Data Protection
According to the provisions of the article 13 and 14 of the European Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD), we inform you that your personal data and the publication of photographies appearing on this website, where images of the individuals that may appear have an accessory nature, will be treated for planning and managing UAB's Bellaterra campus mobility.
The legal basis for the treatment is the one provided in the article 6.1 of the RGPD about consent of the interested parties.
The responsible unit is the Mobility Planning and Management Unit of the UAB (dailto:mobilitat@uab.cat).
The responsible person for the treatment will not transfer your personal data to third parties or to other people, except in the case legally provided or when it is enforced, and your data will not be subject to international transfer.
Your data will be perserved indefinitely.
The treatment of your data does not involve automated decisions, nor the development of profiles with predictive purposes of personal preference, behaviors or attitudes.
In accordance to current legislation on the personal data protection, you may revoke your consent at some time and exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of the treatment and portability by request addressed to responsible unit for the treatment (mobilitat@uab.cat).
Specifically, amd with regard to the photographies, where the image of physical persons that may appear is accessory, there is no need for prior consent from them. However, if any of the people appearing in the photographies has any circumstance realted to a personal situation that can be credited, the right of opposition can be exercised by sending an email application to the unit responsible for the treatment (mobilitat@uab.cat) or to the General Secretary of the UAB (dailto:sec.general@uab.cat).
In addition, complaints can be presented to the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat/ca/inici) and formulate necessary consultations to the UAB's Data Protection Office (proteccio.dades@uab.cat).
