Enrolment
The processing resolution time is 7 to 10 working days from the date of the application.
In case the procedure requires the payment of a fee, the resolution time of the procedure will start once it is paid.
Due to maintenance work over the weekend, there may be intermittent interruptions which affect the Procedures Service.
Enrolment modification
This form is active in two periods:
Changes of registration for 1st, 2nd semester and annual subjects from September 16th to October 28th, 2024.
Changes of enrolment for subjects/modules taught only during the 2nd semester from February 3th to 24th, 2025(*):
- The application that does not involve an increase or decrease of credits must be made by automatic enrolment modification.
- The application that involves an increase or decrease of credits must be requested by this procedure.
- Erasmus: in case of modifying the registration to contract the complementary insurance, you are exempt from the payment of the procedure fee.
Bachelor's Degree enrolment and Official Master's Degree cancellation
Period: Until 04.11.2024
For duly justified exceptional cases of exceptional gravity, the student may request the enrollment cancellation within the period established in the academic calendar.

Resolutions will be signed and sent in electronic format. Exceptionally, if required in paper format, they must be noted in observations.
