Improvements implemented

The improvements introduced in the programs at FUABformació School based on the responses collected from the surveys can be grouped into various categories:

Improvement of Studies:

1. Implementation of new methodologies based on student suggestions: Inclusion of more active and participatory methodologies in subjects where students demand more engaging methods. Project-based learning, gamification, flipped classroom, service-learning projects, field trips, etc., are some of the proposed methods.
2. Guidance, reinforcement, or change of the teaching team: The School takes the evaluations of teaching actions expressed respectfully in the surveys very seriously, implementing necessary corrective and improvement actions to continue offering the best and most effective educational experience to our students.
3. Improvement of coordination between subjects and faculty: Analysis and optimization of possible overlaps in content and/or topics taught between subjects to ensure coherence.
4. Incorporation of a gender perspective: Inclusion of a respectful gender perspective in the content, bibliography, and teaching methodology of the subjects, with special emphasis on the contribution of women to the discipline and ensuring respect for diversity and inclusion at all times.
5. Increase and diversification of languages in the programs: Expansion and diversification of the language course offerings (English, French, German, Chinese, etc.). Also, incorporation of programs taught entirely in other languages (English).
6. Updating content, study plans, and programs: Ensuring that the content and learning offered are current and relevant, better meeting the needs and demands of the students.

Improvement of Employability:

1. Increase in the number of companies present in workshops and as internship centers: Collaborations with companies in various workshops and professional internships have been increased.
2. Creation and implementation of a School Job Board: The School's Job Board as a means to channel sector-specific job offers to our students in a simple and direct way to facilitate their job placement.

Improvement of Spaces and Services:

1. Improvement of WiFi: Enhancement of the power and bandwidth of WiFi connections in the School's buildings, strategically increasing the number of antennas and access points.
2. Renovation of facilities and furniture: Progressive renovation, prioritizing received requests, of facilities and furniture, as well as air conditioning systems.
3. Incorporation of online administrative management procedures: Various administrative procedures, such as enrollment and other administrative tasks, have been digitized to facilitate access and management for students.

Improvement of Promotion and Communication:

1. Publication of survey results on the website: Publishing the results of the satisfaction surveys of the programs on the School's website not only represents an exercise in transparency regarding the received evaluations but also guides future students when considering enrolling in a particular program.
2. Boosting the School's presence on social media: Promoting the School's presence on social networks, especially on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, to improve visibility to new incorporations and contact with Alumni (former students).
3. Updating the School's website: The School's website has been updated to be more comprehensive, accessible, and easy to understand for all users.

This list of improvements is reinforced and increased in each edition and each survey campaign, always attentive to the evaluations and proposals received from all involved stakeholders (students, teachers, administrative staff, graduates, employers, etc.)

The improvements made reflect FUABformació School's continuous commitment to academic excellence, innovation in teaching, and the enhancement of the student and professional experience of its students.
