Content Official Master's Degree in Audiovisual Translation
Master description
The master's degree is 60 credits taken in a single academic year over two semesters of 30 credits each.
The source language (language B) is English. Spanish or Catalan may be selected as the target language (language A) in the modules, which are highly practical.
The structure of this master’s degree includes seven obligatory modules: M1 - Theory of Audiovisual Translation, M2 - Dubbing and Subtitling B-A, M3 - Audio Description and Subtitling for the Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing B-A, M4 - Multimedia and Video Localisation B-A, M5 - Voiceovers and Dubbing, B-A, M6 - Tools and Methodology Applied to Audiovisual Translation, and M7 - Final Project.
