Logistic Services and Information Point
The Logistic Service and Information Point (SLiPI) is responsible of support tasks to students, faculty and administrative staff. Its is also responsible for the supervision of the centre infrastructures, controlling their functioning and the staff uses, and also ensures their safety. It also acts as a general information and service users.
You can go to the Logistic Service and Information Point (SLiPI) for the following services:
- General information
- Information about the location and timetables of classrooms and other facilities in the centre
- Delivery of registration forms , student calendar, student guide
- Delivery of the student card
- Mailbox for Student Council and other organizations
- Mail, packages and messenger service (staff)
- Left-luggage
- Lost property
- Requests for repair and maintenance to equipment and furniture
- Control of information panels and posters (previously authorised)
- Room reservations for non-teaching activities and support materials (for authorised staff)
- Emergencies
- First Aid Box
The Logistic Service and Information Point (SLiPI) is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday
