Interlibrary Loan: Access to Documents Worldwide
The Interlibrary loan is a service that gives access to materials that are not available in the UAB libraries and cannot be obtained through PUC.
If you cannot find a document in the Searcher, fill in the form and we will find it for you. Whenever possible it will be free of charge, but in some cases the service may have an economic cost, depending on where we locate the document.
Therefore, the Interlibrary loan service:
- Allows any member of the UAB (students, PDI, PTGAS, Friends of the UAB and Universitat a l'Abast) to request documents (physical and electronic) that are not in the UAB libraries and are not available in other Catalan universities through the consortial loan (PUC).
- Allows external centres (libraries or research centres) to request documents that are in UAB libraries.
