In agreement with the FAS
We work together with the FAS in some of its programmes, offering our sports facilities to vulnerable groups. We participate in the programme of the Catalan Coordinating Committee for the Reception of Refugees (Coordinadora Catalana d'Acollida de Refugiats) and in the programme Commitment and Action (Projecte Compromís i Acció), developed by the Department of Justice of the Catalan Government (Departament de Justícia de la Generalitat de Catalunya).

Food Bank
We become a collection point for food donations when Christmas is approaching and we donate them to the Food Bank.
Thanks to your collaboration, we make this contribution to make society aware of such a problem as serious and at the same time as close as hunger is.
-
We "get wet" when it is time
We take part in the Mulla’t per l’Esclerosi Múltiple campaign organised by the FEM (Fundació Esclerosi Múltiple). For a whole weekend, we donate the profits from the sales of entrance tickets to contribute to scientific research into the Multiple Sclerosis disease, suffered by more than 46,000 people in Spain.

We are at the UAB Race
We actively participate in the organisation of the UAB Race (La Cursa Solidària de la UAB), a proposal of the UAB Saludable i Sostenible as a supportive activity that contributes to La Marató de TV3.
-
We help the Departments of the UAB
We collaborate with different Departments of the UAB, offering them our facilites, activities and services as a place for their applied research in the fields of physical activity practice or the management of sports facilities.
-
We offer internship programmes
We have agreements with different faculties on campus (Education, Communication, Politics and Sociology) to offer curricular and extracurricular internships and help students complete their CVs.
-
Assisting Integral Education
As members of the UAB SiS, we collaborate with the Training Unit of our university and its teaching staff by organising programmes (Mou-te a les Aules, Mou-te a la feina, Mou-te per sentir-te millor) aimed at improving the quality of life of staff and students through the practice of physical activity.

We support personal challenges
Some of our members and collaborators, such as Xavier Ortega, who ascended one of the Himalayan peaks of 6,421 m, or Stiven Moyano, who attempted to climb the Pedraforca massif 10 times in 10 days, did their physical training in our facilities with the aim of achieving these special challenges.
