The service charter of the International Projects Office is a tool designed to inform users of the services we manage, the conditions under which we provide them, and their rights and obligations in relation to these services. 

Our service charter reaffirms our desire to offer services that incorporate quality commitment and mechanisms for continuous improvement. For all these reasons, we are open to listening to the users of our services and taking into account their suggestions, requests and proposals for improvement.
