Director of the lecture series: Manuel Castellet. As an ever-evolving science, mathematics feeds and feeds off the other sciences, including those those traditionally referred to as experimental and those referred to as social. Advances in different aspects of sciences and society are marked by mathematics, which is developed based on real phenomena and makes it possible to understand those advances. During this cycle of lectures, leading experts and speakers will explain how mathematics is developed and applied in a wide range of different fields.
