Diane Negra to talk about affect, authority and antagonism in customer service cultures

As part of the PhD programme in Journalism and Communication, the UAB will host a conference entitled I’m Sorry You Feel That Way: Affect, Authority and Antagonism in the Cultures of Customer Service with Diane Negra, professor of Film Studies and Screen Culture at the University College Dublin.
