Academic and Research Staff
The academic and research staff (Personal Docent i Investigador, PDI) is in charge of lecturing at the higher education level on culture and knowledge as well as on specialised training in preparation for their students' future professional career.
The PDI also participates in the creation of scientific, technical and professional knowledge through research and knowledge transfer to society.

Administration and Services Staff
The Administration and Services Staff (Personal d'Administració i Serveis, PAS) is in charge of providing support to the university, offering advice and assistance when needed. It also takes care of the management and administration of any areas that are needed to fulfill the goals and objectives of the university.
