The Postgraduate Program in Citizen Participation and Patient Experience in Health is a unique opportunity to be part of a paradigm shift in the health field. This innovative program is designed to provide participants with applicable knowledge and skills to transform the healthcare system, focusing on the real needs of people and fostering active and effective participation of patients and professionals.
At a time when terms like "patient experience," "citizen participation," "shared decisions," and "PREMS and PROMS" are increasingly present, there is a lack of specific training that enables professionals to carry out this transformation. This program offers you much more than theories and concepts. We will teach you how to put them into practice to generate a real impact. You will discover how to make patients, professionals, and the community work together to build a more human, efficient, and sustainable person-centered healthcare system.
This postgraduate program combines innovation, applicability, and flexibility to adapt to your needs and help you achieve your goals. We provide you with:
- Practical knowledge and real tools to implement participatory models in health
- Flexibility in learning thanks to a 100% online format with streaming sessions, recorded sessions, didactic materials, and tutored spaces that ensure a personalized and adaptable experience
- The support of recognized professionals in the fields of health management, citizen participation, and patient experience
- The opportunity to put the acquired knowledge into practice through a project focused on the topic that best aligns with your professional activity or interests. You will have the support and feedback of an expert tutor, who will help you guide your project to make it applicable to your real environment.
Now is the time to lead the transformation. Patient-centered care, citizen participation, and patient experience are the pillars of the future of health. With this postgraduate program, you will not only learn to understand them but also to apply them and become an active agent of this change.
