The course is structured in two subjects; a theory of nursing bases and another of
practice in which the theoretical knowledge acquired is applied and expanded with practice
daily in a real work environment.

The subject "Practical rotation" is organized in rotations for the different services of the Hospital Clinic so that the student integrates into the care activity of the Hospital Clínic Veterinari in a real work environment.

Career opportunities

The professional will work in veterinary centers (consultations, clinics and
veterinary hospitals), in the areas of sales, reception, hospitalization, clinical analysis laboratory, consultation, operating room and diagnostic imaging facilities, in
associations, organizations or institutions for animal protection and welfare. They can also work in public or research organizations or institutions:
veterinary faculties, animal kennels of research centers and hospitals, among others.
