Changes in the educational cycles starting in the 2024-2025 academic year

  • New modules are introduced to improve competence in the fields of sustainability and digitalisation.
  • The stay in a work center is 515 hours

The offerings of the Vocational Training System respond typologically to the following sequential grades: 

a) Grade A. Partial accreditation of competence (levels 1, 2 or 3). 
b) Grade B. Certificate of competence (levels 1, 2 or 3). 
c) Grade C. Professional certificate (levels 1, 2 or 3). 
d) Grade D. Basic grade, intermediate grade or higher grade training course (levels 1, 2 or 3 respectively). 
e) Grade E. Specialization course, intermediate or higher grade (levels 2 or 3 respectively).

The offer of D Degrees is organized in professional modules of variable duration. Organization according to Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System. 

The duration of the program is 2,000 hours distributed over two academic years, of which 515 hours are spent in the company, in a work center.

The International Trade curriculum is modified by Royal Decree 500/2024, of May 21, which amends certain Royal Decrees establishing higher level Vocational Training degrees and establishing their minimum teaching requirements.
