The UAB wants to promote the reinforcement of the delegates, since they are a key player in the good functioning of the faculties.

On 13-14 November the UAB will celebrate the Delegates Day, addressed to the training of the UAB delegates. The Day will have two different parts: on Thursday 13 November, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, in the Aula 501 of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, there will be a briefing by the Community Involvement Programme of the Participation Area of the UAB addressed to all UAB delegates. This meeting aims to make things easier for student representatives and it will be focused in the fundamental role of the delegates to have quality education at the faculties.

The meeting on Friday 14, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law, will be included in the Day “Mediació: justícia restaurativa i resolució de conflictes a l’educació superior”. Delegates can attend the Day voluntarily to know and receive training about the possible situations they may face in their daily tasks.

With these sessions the UAB aims to reinforce the figure of the delegate, which is of vital importance to the good academic monitoring of the degrees. They are the basic partners to enhance and promote a comprehensive model of education, where the student is the central character of the educational process, dedicating part of their day to that task.
