The UAB awarded seven MSCA Individual Fellowship projects

The 2020 edition of the Marie Sk¿odowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships from the European Commission's Horizon 2020 programme has awarded seven projects to UAB researchers.

Seven UAB projects will receive funding from the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships under the European Commission's Horizon 2020 programme. The duration of the Individual Fellowships is of two years and funding is given to experimental researchers with the aim of developing their research project and improving their training.

The projects receiving funding are:

CD300f: main researcher Dr Rubèn Lopez of the Neuroplasticity and Regeneration group at the Department of Cell Biology, Physiology and Immunology and the Institute for Neurosciences (INc), with Dr Natalia Lago as beneficiary of the fellowship.

EMPIRE: main researcher is Dr André Colonese of the TRADITION group at the Institute for Environmental Science and Technology (ICTA-UAB) and the Department of Prehistory, with Dr Alice Toso as beneficiary of the fellowship.

MIDPO: main researcher is Dr Ricard Gomà from the Urban Governance, Commons, Internet and Social Innovation (URGOCIS) research group at the Institute of Governance and Public Policies (IGOP), with Dr Bertie Russell being granted the fellowship.

MITORett: main researcher is Dr Albert Quintana f rom the Mitochondrial Neuropathology Group at the Department of Cell Biology, Physiology and Immunology of the Institute for Neurosciences (INc), with Dr Laura Cutando as beneficiary of the fellowship.

MitoTROJAN: main researcher is Dr Albert Quintana f rom the Mitochondrial Neuropathology Group at the Department of Cell Biology, Physiology and Immunology of the Institute for Neurosciences (INc), with Dr Marta Luna as the beneficiary of the grant.

SLOP: main researcher is Dr Anna Matamala of the TransMedia Catalonia research group at the Department of Translation and Interpreting and East Asian Studies, with Dr Sandra Schwab as the beneficiary of the grant.

SURDIM: main researcher is Dr Ricard Morén of the Ecological Economy Consolidated Research Group (ECONECOL) at the Department of Geography and the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology (ICTA-UAB), with Dr Cristóbal Mendoza as beneficiary of the fellowship.
