The Ecsite Annual Conference counts on one of our P-Sphere fellows
From the 7th to the 9th June, around a thousand of International professionals gathered in Geneva, Switzerland, for the 29th Edition of the Ecsite Conference. This conference is oriented to science communicators (particularly from Science Centers and Museums around Europe) and is open to all professionals who engage audiences with science and technology.
One of our P-Sphere fellows, Andrew Koster, was selected to present his research project on building a computational model of student engagement. As Andrew stated “the audience was very varied, so the conference was an excellent way to disseminate my research to non-specialists in computer science”.
The conference also became a great opportunity for networking, not only with the other Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellows, but also with representatives of science centres who may be interested in future collaborations.
