FM student stalls are finally confirmed!

The allocation of student stalls is now available for this year’s FM 2016, on 10 November from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Of the selected stalls, 17 belong to UAB student societies and 3 belong to student councils. The remaining applications were submitted by senior students who are saving money for their graduation trip. Students with a stall assigned to them will attend a meeting to receive instructions on how to ensure the event goes smoothly.

The student stalls, in the Plaça del Coneixement (Rambla Nord), are one of the FM’s most distinctive features, as they are the nerve centre of the event. The student’s stalls will enliven the party with several activities. Moreover, some of the stalls will be offering gluten-free food and beer.

At the same time, the students will carry out an environmentally-responsible management of their stall. In fact, some of the stalls will be decorated with recycled materials. In line with this year’s motto for the FM, “Fora la LGTBIfòbia de la UAB” (Stop LGBTIphobia in the UAB), some stalls will organize activities or will have material related to the topic.. Thus, we want to make sure the party will be respectfully conducted, in an inclusive, non-sexist and participatory spirit.
