The UAB School for a Culture of Peace will be collaborating with the podcast Heridas de guerra, which offers a feminist perspective on armed conflicts, challenging the traditional narratives that link war with the active role of men and passive role of women. This project, narrated by journalist and writer Olga Rodríguez, also includes her own personal experiences and the voice of 14 experts, such as Syrian peacebuilder Nour Salameh, and Colombian negotiator Dayana Domicó.

Broadcast on the Carne Cruda programme and produced by La República Independiente de la Radio, the podcast receives funding from the Women's Institute of the Ministry for Equality. With a duration of approximately 35 minutes per episode, this podcast is presented as an educational and reflective tool to rethink armed conflicts from a gender perspective. It consists of three episodes and is available on the iVoox and Spotify platforms.

The first episode, entitled Nadie hablará de nosotras, questions the conventional narrative of war and gender roles, showing women who not only survive in the trenches, but also fight for their own convictions. The second, Cuerpo de batalla, addresses the sexual violence and other forms of abuse that women suffer in war conflicts. Finally, the third, No habrá paz sin las mujeres, reflects on the exclusion of women in peace processes and the consequences of not integrating their needs and voices in post-conflict agreements.
