The UAB double degree in Physics + Mathematics has reached a cut-off mark of 13.438 points out of 14, the highest in the Catalan university system. Since 2009, this degree has obtained the highest cut-off mark every year except on one occasion. In addition, Physics + Mathematics, which is also taught at the UB (with 20 places available at each university), is the only degree that this year exceeds the threshold of thirteen points.

Students

In total, six UAB degrees have cut-off marks above twelve points. In addition to Physics + Mathematics, this is the case of the degree in Law + degree in International Relations (12.886), the degree in Medicine (12.586), the degree in Biomedical Sciences (12.431), the interuniversity degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (12.260), and the degree in Mathematics (12.104). The UAB has 18 degrees with cut-off marks above eleven points, and 32 above ten points.

The Government of Catalonia today released data on the allocation of places in the Catalan university system, which has given access to higher education to 46,785 students, of which 9,555 have been assigned a place at the UAB. As in previous years, the UAB bachelor's degrees with the highest number of applications were Medicine and Psychology, in line with the predominance of health sciences studies in the demand of the university system as a whole.

The UAB offers online enrolment for all first-year students, a process that begins this week. For information on the enrolment dates for each bachelor's degree, the necessary documents and the procedure to follow, please consult the first-year enrolment section of the UAB's website.
