The ECIU University launches a new challenge in collaboration with the UAB's SAF

The ECIU University, alongside the UAB's Physical Activity Service (SAF) and UniTrento Sport, is offering the challenge TechFit Challenge: Empowering Healthy and Sporty lifestyles through Technology which will run from 9 May to 5 July.

During these almost three months, participants will be working with other European students in interactive sessions focused on debating the different approaches to this challenge, from the initial analysis to its final design. In addition, students will use their final project to demonstrate their ability to manage technology as a means to improve a healthy and sporty lifestyle. The challenge will end with a mobility week, from 1 to 5 July, in which international students will get to know the UAB campus and its university life and the SAF sports facilities.

The challenge can be validated for 3 ECTS credits.

Micro-module with the UAB's FAS

This year, the UAB's Solidarity Foundation (FAS) has also launched a micro-module with the ECIU University: Fortress Europe: human rights violations against migrants and refugees at Europe's borders. The objective of this educational opportunity is to raise awareness of the economic and geopolitical interests that occur in border territories as well as European policies and collective resistance initiatives against human rights violations against migrants and refugees.

This micro-module can be validated for 3 ECTS.
