ECIU University offers a new Lunch & Learn: How to keep students engaged online?
This online meeting, aimed at all members of the university community, will focus on strategies to help keep students active and engaged in classes offered online. The session will take place on 26 February from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. through the Microsoft Teams platform.

In this Lunch & Learn session, the topics under debate will be different strategies used to foster participation among students in virtual learning environments. The session will also serve to talk about different digital methods and tools available to help create dynamic and interactive experiences for students.
The session will include the opinions of two experts in this area: Màrius Martínez, lecturer in the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the UAB, who was also president of the ECIU from 2021 to 2024, and Gianluca Ambrosi, specialist in online learning from the University of Twente. Both experts will share their knowledge, practical experiences and good practices to help maximise the participation and engagement of students in virtual environments.
