Session on gender perspective in research
This course is part of the training program in general competence for doctors and is an answer to the gender equality goals of the H2020 program.

Last Wednesday, the UAB's Observatory for Equality, in collaboration with the Doctoral School, gave a course addressed to young researchers to deepen into inclusion and gender perspective in research.
This session, which was very well received, was oriented to developing a critical look to detect gender bias and stereotypes, as well as to avoid androcentrism, in research projects.
With this initiative, the UAB contributes to raise awareness, commits to overcoming gender inequalities and promotes the creation of technological projects and designs which specify the sex-gender dimension, according to the recommendations of the H2020 program.
