Internship tutorisation service introduces coaching tools and techniques
10/10/2018
The orientation and tutorisation service for students is now including coaching techniques in order to choose both the location and the company for an internship.
The Undergraduate Internships Responsible, Gemma Sagué, has recently obtained a Professional Career Coaching Credential (CPCC) through a training program by the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches. This organisation includes experts in recruitment and coaching, a modality that will help students to better choose their practicum destinations according to their professional goals.
These new tools and techniques will be featured both in individual and group sessions in order to facilitate the students the recognition of their own corporative values as well as how to improve in their professional careers.
The application of coaching to orientation sessions will allow students “to reach their full potential and set their goals, driving their careers in the industry as valued leaders and happy professionals”, Gemma says.
