  • Use the most relevant techniques in each case aimed at the identification and settlement of customs duties, tax obligations, the constitution of judicial deposits and attention to any expenses and costs necessary to guarantee the effective judicial protection of the rights of their represented persons.
  • Recognize situations of conflict of interest that may occur in professional practice.
  • To use appropriately and independently of criteria the conflict resolution techniques most relevant to each situation and context.
  • Plan the organisational structure of the professional firm according to the human resources that make it up and the type of clients it is aimed at.
  • Establish an economic and tax management protocol for the professional firm, compliance and protection of occupational risks and personal data.
  • Use the judicial procedures, protocols, systems, and applications required by acts of communication and cooperation with the Administration of Justice, with special attention to those of an electronic, computer, and telematic nature.
  • Implement teamwork techniques aimed at achieving greater efficiency through access to sources of information, knowledge of languages, knowledge management and the use of applied techniques and tools.
  • Express themselves orally and in writing, in a way that is appropriate to the context and the special needs or characteristics of each recipient.
