Basic skills
- Integrate knowledge and use it to make judgements in complex situations, with incomplete information, while keeping in mind social and ethical responsibilities.

Specific skills
- Identtify and apply the basic and general principles of the legal system in terms of different acts of mediation
- Recognise and preserve a situation of permanent symmetry between the two parties during the mediation.
- Distinguish and manage the underlying conflicts of interest in real disputes and cases.
- Manage and adequately draft the administrative procedures and content of an act of family mediation or an act of private law mediation.
- Show impartiality and create an appropriate atmosphere during mediation.
- Research and disseminate the mediation culture.
- Determine the mediation base for the act of negotiation.
