Access to this master's degree is open to holders of an official bachelor's degree from a Spanish university or from another higher education institution within or outside the European Higher Education Area, provided this gives access to postgraduate studies in the country of issue.Admission requirements
To be admitted to the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and Court Representation you must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or an equivalent university qualification that meets the requirements established in article 3 of Royal Decree 64/2023, of 8 February, which approves Law 34/2006, of 30 October, on access to the legal profession and court representation.
If your qualification is from a foreign university it must be legalised in Spain.
Admission is decided by the Rector in accordance with the agreement with the Master’s degree committee of the centre.
Selection criteria
The selection criteria for admission to the Master’s degree is based on order of inscription, as long as a minimum admission grade of 6.5 is obtained. All candidates obtaining a grade of 6.5 or higher will be admitted to the Master’s degree in order of inscription.
