You can book group work rooms and individual booths more easily

The UAB libraries have good news: next Monday, April 8, we will launch a new system for reserving spaces.
This new functionality introduces new features, such as:

  • It is more visual,
  • You can check the availability of the spaces in a more global way,
  • The management of the reservation is simpler and more agile. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to, if necessary, cancel the reservation.

To make a reservation, as before, from Servei de Biblioteques – UAB Barcelona you must access the link 'Book a workplace'.
You can make the reservation through the web option that allows you to see a table with the work rooms and available time slots, or also with the mobile option that allows you to book through drop-down menus.

You must authenticate with NIU and password.
To request the loan of a space, it is essential to have reserved it in advance.
