Seminar: The impact of digitalisation on international business taxation

The Digitalisation of the Economy is a challenge for the legal system on which we must reflect to undertake and offer solutions to the conflicts of interest that are constantly appearing. One of the fields that must be worked on is international taxation and the taxation of global companies. To better understand this phenomenon, the DIGIDRET group has invited Dr. John Vella, Professor of Law at the Oxford University Centre for Business Taxation, to give this lecture: “The impact of digitalisation on international business taxation”.

This activity is carried out within the seminars promoted by the DIGIDRET group and the project “Reorientation of the legal instruments for the business transition toward the data economy”.
