Federico Cruciani inaugurated the module dedicated to Commercial Communication in the Master in Strategic Planning in Advertising and Public Relations last Friday, January 26.

The Master in Strategic Planning in Advertising and Public Relations (MUPLAN) invited Federico Cruciani on January 26, to inaugurate the module dedicated to Commercial Communication. This module, coordinated by Professor Anna Valli of the Department of Advertising, Public Relations and Audiovisual Communication, aims to learn creative advertising strategies and media planning techniques adapted to advanced commercial communication situations.


Cruciani, Senior Research Fellow at Ulster University, is an expert in artificial intelligence and currently works at the Advanced Research Engineering Centre (ARC), a collaborative project between PwC, Ulster University and Queen's University Belfast. The project focuses on research on Generative Artificial Intelligence, NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Explainable and trustworthy AI models.


The seminar allowed attendees to address topics such as new business models based on generative AI technology, the opportunities that open up within the field of marketing and discuss the changes caused by NLP models in digital marketing techniques.
