Inauguration of the academic year at the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology

Joan Botella, emeritus professor of political science at the UAB, will be giving the inaugural speech of the 2022/23 academic year at the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology in an institutional event which will take place on 4 October at 12 noon. The ceremony will not only mark the beginning of a new academic year, it will also serve to pay tribute to Professor Joan Botella, who was elected Faculty Dean twice and as served as Secretary General to the UAB and Dean of the Faculty of Communication Studies. In addition to the inaugural speech, the event will include speeches by UAB Rector Javier Lafuente and Faculty Dean Olga Serradell.
