Conference on "The Battle for the Truth" by David Jiménez

This event forms part of the “Journalism and Communication” series and will be held on 14 October at 1:45 p.m. in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Communication Studies. The conference, entitled "La lluita per la veritat" [The Battle for the Truth] will be given by journalist and writer David Jiménez. Moderated by Santiago Tejedor, director of the UAB Cabinet of Communication and Education, the conference will address ethics and transparency in journalism. This session is organised by the Cabinet of Communication and Education of the UAB and the Master in Travel Journalism, together with the Department of Journalism and Communication Sciences and the UAB Solidarity Foundation. Jiménez, with experience in more than thirty countries and author of several books, is a global reference in the sector. The cabinet, directed by Tejedor, specialises in research and dissemination in communication and education, organising multiple master's degrees and innovative projects such as the Tahina-Can Expedition, an award-winning educational programme.
