Carme Riera to speak at the inauguration of the Universitat a l'Abast

The inauguration of the 2024/25 academic year of the Universitat a l'Abast programme, organised by the UAB Graduate School, will be held next Wednesday 9 October at 5:30 p.m. This event will take place in the UAB Auditorium, located in the Faculty of Arts & Humanities. Javier Lafuente, rector of the UAB, will open the event with welcoming remarks along with the academic coordinator of the Universitat a l'Abast programme, Xavier Verge. This will be followed by the lecture “Calen receptes per escriure novel-les?” by Carme Riera, writer and retired professor of Spanish philology at the UAB.
