A4U to hold graduation ceremony for new graduates

On 16 July at 12:30 p.m., the graduation ceremony will be held for the graduates of the bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics offered by the Alianza 4 Universidades (4 Universities Alliance, A4U) which this year is organised by the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). The event will take place at the UPF's Ciutadella Campus and will end with a lunch for all attendants.

The A4U is made up of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the Universidad Carlos III, and this bachelor's degree aims to provide students with the possibility of studying in more than one university, given that it encourages students to attend lectures at the participating universities during the first three years and also offers the possibility of taking fourth-year subjects in a university abroad.

This bachelor's degree is currently offered at some 50 prestigious universities such as Duke, Durham, Bern, Hamburg, Manchester, North Carolina, Oxford, Pennsylvania, Warwick and Yale, a sign of its academic quality and solvency.
