Innovation Fair

On Tuesday 15 October at 9:30 a.m. the Hotel Exe Campus will play host to the Innovation Fair, one of the main activities of the UAB Innovation Week. It will be a day of connecting between the world of research and the business environment that aims to recognise the knowledge transfer of UAB research groups and show the wide range of technologies, services and innovative ideas generated.

The event, organised by the UAB Parc de Recerca, will feature an exhibition of technologies and knowledge from 80 research groups and 10 university start-ups; a conference on innovation, trends and challenges, by Alfons Cornella, founder and president of the innovation consultancy Infonomía and the Next Institute; bilateral meetings between research groups, start-ups and companies; a round table on mobility and sustainability, with representatives from Moventia, Sener, TMB and Tradebe, and a showcase of the Vallès open labs network. 

The Innovation Fair is free and open to all members of the UAB community, as well as companies and entities from the surrounding area interested in collaborating with research groups. Those interested in attending must register here.
