How to make an appointment
If you want to come to the Academic Management Service, you have to make an appointment using the following application:
Opening hours
Our opening hours are:
- From Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00 hours and from 15:00 to 17:00 hours.
- Friday: from 10:00 to 14:00 hours
The opening hours of 31 October and 5 December 2024 will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will be closed in the afternoon.
Christmas Holidays: Closed from the 23rd of December 2024 to the 7th of January 2025 (both included).
Easter Holidays: Closed from the 14th of April to the 21st of April 2025 (both included).
August:
- Closed the 1st of August 2025, with telephone service from 10am to 13pm (93 581 19 93 / 93 581 19 94)
- Closed from 4th to 26th of August 2025 (both included).

This service deals with tasks related to administrative and academic affairs for students and teaching staff.
