We invite submissions for the upcoming edited volume Inconvenience and Discomfort in Decolonial Research Praxis, which critically examines the tensions that arise when decolonial approaches challenge dominant research paradigms. This book explores how efforts to advance epistemic justice disrupt entrenched ethical codes, research protocols, and hermeneutic frameworks. Contributors are encouraged to engage with the affective, political, and institutional negotiations involved in navigating these challenges, highlighting inconvenience and discomfort as a twofold force for impairing modern colonial epistemic structures. We welcome contributions from scholars, educators, and practitioners committed to reshaping research practices and resisting colonial legacies in knowledge production and dissemination.
