Data protection
Research projects that process personal data must ensure compliance with the principles established in Regulation (EU) 679/2016, of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data (RGPD), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
It is necessary to adequately inform interested persons of the processing of their personal data, guarantee that they can exercise the rights that the legislation provides them with before those who process their data, and apply any appropriate measures to guarantee the security of the data.
