A project led by Dr. Roser Nadal has received funding from TV3's La Marató

The Human Laboratory Group of the Neuroscience Institute has received funding to carry out a TV3 Marathon project entitled "Psychopathic-traits and prosociality in a community sample of children: A longitudinal study of biological, emotional and psychopathological correlates"

 

The project is coordinated by Dr. Roser Nadal, member of our Department in the Psychobiology Unit. Dr. Albert Bonillo from our Department (Methodology Unit of Behavioral Sciences) also participates in the project. Other researchers from the Institute of Neurosciences participating are: Dr Beatriz Molinuevo, Dr Rafael Torrubia, Dr Silvia Fuentes, Dr Anastasya Ivanova, Dr Antonio Armario and Dr Humberto Gagliano.

The proposal also has the collaboration of Dr. Iris Pérez, from the Parc Taulí University Hospital. This study has a preventive interest in the community population and aims to contribute to improving the socio-emotional well-being of our children and school coexistence. Roser Nadal is a professor at the Faculty of Psychology, a member of the SGR group "Neurobiology of stress and vulnerability to psychopathology" and is part of the CIBERSAM and TECSAM networks. Other members of the Human Laboratory group belong to the SGR group "Animal and human models in mental disorders.
