Lines
The study of certain ring classes, including von Neumann's regular rings, finite-dimensional algebras, semilocal rings, group and semigroup algebras, and operator algebras. The fundamental properties of these rings are encoded in the category of modules over them and their subcategories. Special interest is due to the full subcategories formed by finitely generated projective modules and finitely presented modules, respectively.
