Xavier Tolsa, Premio Nacional in Research Julio Rey Pastor 2024
Xavier Tolsa Domènech has been awarded one of the Spanish National Research Awards 2024, awarded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Universities, in the Julio Rey Pastor modality.
This recognition, one of the most important in Spain in the field of scientific research, has been awarded for its outstanding and recognized national and international career in the field of Harmonic Analysis, Potential Theory and Geometric Theory of functions, solving problems of importance in its field of knowledge such as Painlevé problem on the geometric characterization of avoidable sets.
