Quality
The Quality Policy of the Library Service is to ensure the satisfaction of users' needs, in line with the objectives and standards outlined in its Service Charter, delivered under optimal conditions of efficiency and effectiveness.
In particular, the policy aims to:
- Maintain a Quality Management System that provides a robust mechanism to fulfil user expectations and uphold the commitments outlined in the Service Charter, while adhering to the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001 standard.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of all processes through the selection, training, and active participation of staff in the implementation and advancement of the Quality Management System.
Our Quality Management System is fully compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
