New edition of sessions of tabletop role-playing games, organized by the UAB Role Playing Club and the Communication Library and General Newspaper Archives and open to the entire university community.  

Journalist, writer, and playwright from Valencia, a victim of censorship during the post-war period, who fought to maintain his literary and committed voice in a context of political and cultural repression, and who now forms part of the collection at the Humanities Library.

The Humanities Library at the UAB has completed the cataloguing of the Francesc Parcerisas collection, which includes manuscripts and typescripts of his translations of Italian, English, and French works, among which is notable The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.

The Periodicals Room hosts a photography exhibition that gives voice to Palestinian women, highlighting their daily resistance and struggle against occupation. The exhibition, led by Ester Pérez Berenguer, SUDS, and SCI Catalonia, is open until January 31st.

The Humanities Library presents the exhibition "Rafael Tasis, Between Exile and Literature", a tribute to the writer, critic, and cultural activist Rafael Tasis i Marca (1906-1966). Located on the third floor, the exhibition explores his career as a pioneer of Catalan noir fiction, translator, and champion of the Catalan language and culture.

On the ground floor of the Communication Library and General Newspaper Archives, you can visit two complementary exhibitions related to Palestine and the journalism profession, available until the end of January.

To mark the 50th anniversary of the publication of Mecanoscrit del segon origen, the Humanities Library presents an exhibition highlighting the impact of this landmark Catalan science fiction novel, written by Manuel de Pedrolo in 1974.
