Josep Pons i Sabata Philology Collection

The bibliographic collection assembled by Josep Pons i Sabata (1921-2002) is focused on fields such as comparative linguistics, lexicography, onomastics, and etymology. 

Over his lifetime, he built an impressive library, with the most valuable books donated to various libraries in Manresa, Montserrat Monastery, and the Humanities Library. This donation was made possible with the assistance of Professor Teresa Espinal.
