Ana Simon Collection

Ana Simon, born in Romania in 1938, is a film and documentary director, as well as a poet, translator, and playwright. She was married to Swiss actor François Simon, the son of the renowned actor Michel Simon.

Collection description: Her personal collection mainly comprises documentation related to her creative work in both cinema and literature. It also includes photographs and correspondence with notable figures such as Samuel Beckett, E.M. Cioran, Yehudi Menuhin, Alain Tanner, Margarethe Krieger, Aurora Ginastera, Paco Ibáñez, and Jeanne Moreau, along with posters and flyers.
