10 projects led by researchers from the Institute receive funding from the Generación de Conocimiento 2023 call
The Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI) will fund 10 research projects coordinated by researchers from our center for the next 3 or 4 years. This call, one of the most prestigious in Spain, aims to foster the development of scientific projects that contribute to advancing knowledge across various disciplines.
The study of behavioral issues in childhood and research into the role of the anti-apoptotic protein FAIM-L in neurodegeneration are among the INc-UAB projects chosen to receive funding through the Generación de Conocimiento 2023 call. As part of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical, and Innovation Research, this program is renowned for supporting projects of exceptional scientific and technological quality. The Institute will receive over 2 million euros in total, including resources for five predoctoral contracts, offering a valuable opportunity for the selected research groups and the center to advance their contributions to scientific excellence.
