1. Provide information, technical support and advice to laboratory users.
2. Detect, analyze and solve user needs.
3. Maintain and coordinate the use of INc-UAB common equipment.
4. Mandatory training for self-service users.
5. Carrying out experimental procedures.

1. Purification (QIAcube), analysis (Bioanalyzer) and quantification (NanoDrop One) of DNA, RNA and proteins.
2. Analysis of restriction fragments and PCR products (Bioanalyzer).
3. Labeling of DNA or RNA probes (radioactive, fluorescent...)
4. Gene expression analysis (RT-PCR, in situ hybridization...).
5. Transformation of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells (electroporation).
6. Genotyping of transgenic mice.
7. Multiplex analysis support (MAGPIX Luminex).

INc-UAB members will have preference over non-members and within these groups, those who have not previously used the laboratories or common equipment will have preference over those who have done so recently. Another important parameter will be the order of receipt of requests and the technician's possibility of interspersing them with other requests.
