Seminar on Innovative Methodologies in Feminist Geography

The Research Group on Geography and Gender of the Department of Geography is pleased to invite you to the Seminar on Innovative Methodologies in Feminist Geography, which will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the UAB.

The aim of this seminar is to promote collective learning and reflection on methodological innovation in feminist geography. Six researchers will share the methodologies used in studies that analyze socio-spatial inequalities and systems of social domination.

Through these experiences, the seminar will highlight the potential of new methodologies to understand how gender and other power structures are shaped in and through spaces and places.

We encourage you to participate and take advantage of this opportunity to jointly reflect on the challenges and possibilities of feminist research in geography.
