Innovation and transfer seminars: Technological surveillance and protection of knowledge

The UAB Research Park and the UAB PhD School have teamed up to organise a series of seminars to give tools to the research personnel in training.
The seminars, which are free, offer different tools and methodologies to apply the research results and obtain skills on entrepreneurship and innovation, besides understanding the key aspects of the tech transfer ecosystem. The goals of the program are the following:
- Discovering the possible transfer uses of their thesis to society.
- Improving the quality of the thesis, focusing it on applicability and innovation.
Thus, they promote the personal growth and improve the confidence on the presentation of the project, optimising the communication according to the needs of the audience.
The third session is scheduled on February 24th, from 3 to 5 pm, and will be supervised by Sandra Ramos. This seminar will focuse on the identification, follow-up and analysis of relevant technology, as well as the trends and developments on the relevant sector or field of interest. Moreover, during this training, participants will learn the different ways available of knowledge protection.
